The hotel staff were very nice and friendly. The problem was that the construction work next door was very noisy so we couldn't stay long. but we will be back

When looking for a place for this trip, I wanted a place that feels like home and this place is everything I was looking for!! We had a 2 bedroom kitchen living room with everything we needed for our 10 days stay! I was actually sad on my last day leaving this place! Will definitely come back!! The staff are very welcoming and accommodating! They would go above and beyond to help! We did rent a motorcycle to ride around the city and the process was painless! It was also cheap. It seems like they have a lot of motorcycles available for guests to rent. The place is right at the heart of the city, near the supermarkets, local markets, and a lot of street food. It was also not too far to go to the beach (about 10 minutes drive).

Great value for money in Da Nang!
Lovely hotel, we had an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, washer and drier. very comfortable beds, most friendly and helpful staff.

Great service, rooms and pool
The apartment is really well designed and the roof top pool is beautiful and has great plants making it seem an oasis of calm in a hectic city. The staff were very helpful and looked after all of our requests for help booking, looking after our bags etc. Would thoroughly recommend

Centrally located and very clean. Note that the single bedroom apartment is not suitable for stays of more than a couple of days. It did not have a table to eat at, a single hot plate and bar fridge. The ‘sofa’ was a concrete platform with a cushion on it. Not very comfortable. Bed was excellent, air and tv good. Great city view from the rooftop , but the pool as neglected and unswimable as the water needed some serious chemical help. Trip hazards on the pool deck. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage. Scooter können direkt vor Ort gemietet werden. Service ist supernett. Man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es hat auch ein kleines cafe dabei, welches einen guten kaffee oder Tee anbietet.

친절한 직원들과 위치도 나쁘지 않습니다. 깔끔한 시설도 맘에 들었습니다. 가격에 비해 너무 편하게 지내다 왔습니다. 열흘 넘는 여행에 사먹는게 지쳤었는데 간단한 조리를 할 수 있어서 아이와 재미있게 지냈습니다. 팁을 사양하는 호텔리어도 베트남에 와서 첨 만났어요. 일에 대한 자부심이 있으신것 같아 멋있었습니다. 기념품도 챙겨주셔서 너무 감사했습니다.

개미가 많다는 리뷰를 보고 걱정을 많이͒ 했는데 괜한 걱정이였어요̊̈〰️ 전자렌지랑 밥솥까지 있어서̌̈ 즉석으로 조리해̆̎ 먹을수도̌̈ 있더라구요̊̈〰️ 물론 저흰 매번 나가서̌̈ 먹긴햇습니다만, 과도랑 평소에̑̈ 집에서̌̈ 사용하는 주방제품 전부 다̆̎ 있어서̌̈ 너무 편했어요̊̈〰️ 화장실도̌̈ 두개라̌̈ 아침에̑̈ 분비지도̌̈ 않고 너무 좋앗답니다̆̎〰️ 다음에도̌̈ 12월이나͌ 1월무렵 수영하기엔 애매한 날씨라면 또̑̈ 여기를 찾을듯 싶네요̊̈〰️ 수영장은̊̈ 옥상에̑̈ 있는데 좀 작더라구요̊̈,, 참고하세요̊̈~

深夜便だったので、子どもを休ませるために数時間滞在しました。洗濯機と乾燥機も部屋に設置されており、全て洗濯することができました。広さも十分で、大正解でした。しかし、トイレとシャワーが一体化しており、使うのが少々不便ですが、それにしても満足できました！

엘리베이터 세탁기 건조기 티비로 유투브 시청 가능 등의 편의시설 좋음 직원들 아주 친절함 Cham spa 제휴로 20%할인 문이 자동잠금 되지 않아서 잠기지 않은 채 있거나 외출할 때 잠그지 않는 경우 발생 주의 5층 프리미엄은 피할것. 옥상 수영장과 가깝지만 수영장 출입구 바로 앞이라 수시로 들리는 엘리베이터 띵동음과 문 앞을 지나는 사람들이 있으며 현관문이 불투명유리라 지나가는 그림자가 계속 보임 식기는 따로 세척하지 않는지 지저분함.

진짜 저렴하고 빅씨마트랑 한시장이랑 도보 10분이내접근가능합니다 조식은없지만 방에 주방도있고 전자렌지에 세탁기에 건조기까지있었어요 중간에 4성급 호텔도갔는데 거기보다 시설편의성이너무 월등히 좋았습니다 직원친절하시고 짐도맡아주시고 최고입니다

서비스가 너무 훌륭하고 직원분들이 정말 친절하세요. 영어를 엄청 잘하시는 건 아니지만 소통은 가능합니다. 어려울 땐 번역기를 이용했어요. 벌레 나와서 카운터에 연락드리니 와서 잡고 소독해주시고 둘째날에 냉장고에 개미가 꼬여서 통째로 가져가셔서 살펴보시더니 큰 냉장고로 바꿔주셨어요. 벌레가 나오긴 했지만 청결의 문제는 아니었던 거 같아요. 숙소 안에 세탁기 건조기도 있고, 요리도 할 수 있어요. 저렴한데에 비해 방도 너무 크고 인테리어도 좋았어요. 옥상에 있는 수영장은 수심이 깊지만 구명조끼 착용하고 잘 이용했습니다! 방음도 잘 되고 마음에 쏙 들었어요 강추 !!

最新の設備を備えた清潔快適なアパート
非常に清潔で、最新の設備を備え、CNN等のテレビも入り、洗濯・乾燥機や日本社製のエアコンの性能も非常に良く、大変快適だった。スタッフもきっちりしており頼りになる。唯一、部屋の扉の大部分がすりガラスなため、夜中でも廊下の光が多少差し込み、部屋が真っ暗にならない。光を気にしないなら良いと思うが、アイマスクなどの工夫がないと熟睡できない人もいるかもしれない。

가족끼리갔는데 괜찮았어요. 관광할 곳과 가까운 편이었고 인테리어도 좋았습니다. 옥상 수영장은 작지만 거의 저희들만 있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 쇼파가 조금 더러웠어요. 가성비좋은곳^^

가성비 좋은 공항근처 호텔
새벽비행기 타기전 잠깐 묵었던 숙소 입니다. 공항에서 가깝고 주변에 카페도 있고 맞은편에는 밤에 음식점들이 들어서 간단히 끼니를 해결하기도 좋은 위치 입니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 저희는 가족이라 투메드룸언 묵었는데 5층 이었고 엘리베이터 이동 가능합니다. 작은 공간에 효율적으로 공간배치가 되어있습니다 화장실도 2개여서 편리하나 좀 좁아서 샤워하기는 불편할수 있습니다. 부엌시설이 완벽히 되어있었으나 냄비가 룸에 없어 따로 요청하여 받아 사용했습니다. 공간 효율이 좋은대신 거실쪽에 따로 창문이 없어 답답한 느낌은 듭니다. 저는 잠깐 묵어 괜찮았지만 1박이상 예정이라면 고려해야 할것같습니다. 에어컨이 거실과 각 방마다 설치 되어있는데 침실 한곳의 에어컨이 제대로 작동하지 않아 거실에어컨의 시원함으로 대충 커버 됐습니다만 추후 수리해야 할것 같네요. 세탁기 건조기 세제도 같이 있어 빨래 하기도 좋겠더라구요. 전체적으로 가성비 좋은 호텔이었습니다.

在門面方面，由於門口是有一個小茶店，剛到有點不好找，但相對不是什麼大問題。個人覺得店面哪個小石路反而有點不太好走，雖說配合該酒店的裝修，但覺得可以做得平滑一點。 當日電梯頂部有一隻守護神(壁虎)，四天都有在，可能真是該酒店的守護神。 房間沒有什麼可以挑剔，清潔舒適，有洗衣機之餘還有乾衣機這個設備非常的好。 天台有個小泳池，我不懂游泳，所以沒用得著。 該酒店本身沒有自己的食堂，但週邊要找食店也有後多選擇，雖然不是什麼大型店舖，但也味度不錯，而去BIG C也非常之近。 景觀對著峴港足球隊的主場，對喜歡足球的人會很喜歡這個景色。 最後有個不滿的，就是這店晚上會關上門的，第一天去的時候，大約晚上十二點左右回去酒店，發現酒店大門關了，又找不到有門鈴，還好早上店員有傳訊息來確認入住時間，按那個電話號碼找回該店員，他幫我打電話回店裡找店裡留守的員工出來開門，他說以為我們都全部回房間了，所以關了大門，之後第二天，我外出時也早早留下變訊說會晚點回來，結果這次他們半關門的等我們回來，之後有沒有再關下大門我就不知道了。在保安方面，這樣做是不錯的，但旅客很多時都會外出感受當地夜生活，難免會比較晚才回到酒店，所以酒店會因安全理由而關大門，覺得有點奇怪。

걷기 좋아하는 부부라 저흰 완전 만족했어요. 꼰시장,빅씨마트,한시장,핑크성당,참박물관,다낭스타벅스, 용다리까지 다 걸어다녔어요.. 만만하게 걸을만한곳은 꼰시장,한시장,빅씨마트,핑크성당까지는 걷기 괜찮았어요. 숙소안에 룸도 2개 욕실도 2개여서 여유있게 쓸 수 있어서 참 좋았고, 세탁시설도 구비되어 있어 진짜 좋더라구요. 덕분에 여행후 세탁물이 반으로 확 줄었어요..ㅎㅎㅎ 한 층에 룸이 2개씩인 6층짜리 건물이예요. 6층은 작은 풀장으로 구성되어 있구요. 일단 번잡스럽지 않아 좋구요. 베트남의 일상을 창문밖으로 볼 수 있어서 더 좋았네요. 단점이라면... 호텔입구바닥이 돌덩이로 울퉁불퉁해서 캐리어를 끌고 들어가지 못해요...ㅎㅎ 잠깐 들고 엘리베이터 까지 가야 합니다. 리셉션겸 티 하우스여서 참 차분한 분위기의 로비였어요. 저희 개인적인 단점은 체크인시간이 딜레이 되었다는거 정도네요.. 룸 청소가 다 안되었다고 한시간 더 기다렸다 오후3시에 입실 했네요.ㅎㅎㅎ 큰 불만은 없었고.. 다시 다낭을 가면 재방문의사 100%입니다~

가성비짱!!!
직원들이 엄청 친절합니다 가격대비 짱입니다 세탁기 전자렌지 밥솥 세제 다 있었어 좋구요 깔끔하긴하나 많이습하다는게 단점입니다 에어컨 제습으로 계속 돌렸더니 이것도 문제는 없지만 다만 습하다보니 물벌레가 많아요 이거빼곤 다좋아요

天台細少的泳池通常沒有人便用，若果行完大半天街不妨於傍晚在泳池休息。不是每位員工都能說流利英語，但她們都非常有善及幫忙。房間什麼都好，只是床辱不好，一轉身就很嘈

너무 너무 좋은 최고의 숙소입니다!
다낭 오시는 분은 꼭 이 호텔 추천합니다. 첫번째로 정말 모든 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 기분좋게 여행을 할 수 있습니다. 저희 비행기가 지연이 많이 되서 늦게 도착했는데도 불구하고 얼굴하나 찌푸리시지 않고 너무나 친절하게 저희를 맞이해주셨습니다. 그리고 시설 전체가 너무 깨끗해서 이용하는 내내 쾌적하게 잘 지냈습니다. 또, 세탁기가 있어서 여행중에 옷도 편하게 입을 수 있었습니다. 저희에게 베트남 모자도 선물해주시고, 편지도 남겨주셔서 정말 감동 받았습니다. 다시가고싶은 숙소가 드문데 이곳은 정말 다시 가고싶습니다. I recommand this hotel. first, all staff is reeeeaaally nice and kind. also, close to airport and city center.
