This is my second stay at this perfect cozy Homestay . Highly recommended. Great poolside rooms with loving staff. The Earth Villa is marvelous for family stays in Hoi An.

Very nice the beds need to be upgraded.The locking system on door is cumbersome couldn’t imagine being in a panic situation trying to work the lock.Lee was awesome!!

Perfect place, perfect location!!
We stayed for a week as a party of nine. Blossom, Gin and all the staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be back!

We last stayed here in 2013 and it was amazing in every way. It is still comfortable but the rooms are showing their age a bit now and the bathrooms particularly are a little run down. BUT the rooms are still perfectly comfortable, the staff are all lovely and always helpful, the included breakfast is delicious and the room cost is very reasonable. If you want super fancy facilities pay four times the price and stay down the road.

Relaxing break
This hotel was a break from the busy central Hoi An. The hotel was very well presented with a lovely pool and our room was very private no 7 villa. The bed was very firm but they did arrange a little bit of extra padding but still very firm. We dined in the restaurant a few times and were extremely impressed with the food quality. It is a pity they don’t seem to promote it well enough. Other people that we spoke to didn’t realise you could get meals. As we had stayed a week we were treated to a free dinner on the last night. The reception staff Blossom and Jasmine were always helpful, the kitchen, ground and room staff were always very happy and a joy to be around. The pool was a great relaxation place when the temperature was warm.

Fantastic people
Loved this place. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom are large. Nice pool area. A little far from the old town unless you don't mind taking inexpensive taxis. But far for walkers. Bicycles a bit old & very heavy for inexperienced bikers, like me. Could use more lighting and hot water in shower tends to run out slowly before you finish. Wifi not secure as no password is required.

Just Amazing
I picked the Earth Villa because of its favourable reviews, I wasn’t disappointed. Incredible value for money. A lovely big room with a massive comfortable bed, lots of wood and big doors that opened out onto the balcony. A nice pool in the central courtyard area, although I didn’t use it. Nice choice of breakfast. 15 minutes by car, 30 cycling away from the beach and probably a 30 minute walk into the old town. Not forgetting the friendly helpful staff including the lovely Blossom 🌹

Felt like home in Vietnam.
Earth Villa was a really lovely place to stay. The team went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed - the irganised drivers, tours and recommended tailors. We were about 1k from the edge of old town so its walkable, but also a very cjeap cab ride if you dont feel like it. Hands down best breakfast we had in Vietnam too. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful garden hotel
We had a lovely room, with an amazing pool. Location perfect-jyst between town center and the beach. Staff so helpful, and very accommodating. Would highly recomend- restaurant also delicious!

Excellent Family Run Hotel
We stayed here over the Christmas period as a change from budget hotels and hostels during our sabbatical. We arrived on the 24th of December and the hosts had kindly prepared a Christmas meal for all the guests that evening which was a lovely surprise and a great way to meet everyone else at the hotel. The rooms are great, beds comfortable and the whole place is kept impeccable clean. The family run a tight ship here and were extremely helpful with any questions or assistance we needed. Breakfast was a real highlight for myself, unlimited selection of the menu and all of it was very tasty!

Beautiful hotel surrounding a lovely pool.
At first I was disappointed in the location - halfway between Ancient town and beach. The hotel does supply free bike hire. The hotel is lovely. Very quaint, with all rooms surrounding the lovely pool. The staff are fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. They even invited us to have dinner there on our last night. Overall very good. Some great places to eat nearby. The Red Dragon and Dingo Deli both worth a visit.

like a Mediterranean villa but in Vietnam
The Earth Villa is the perfect peaceful gorgeous oasis in Hoian, the villa and pool reminded me of some gorgeous villas in the Mediterranean. The gardens were so lush and cared for with such love. Biking into the centre took 5 minutes and was sooo much fun. I would like to come back and take over the place with a few really good friends, such a personable, beautiful space!

Perfect location and delightful staff!
The location is perfect to get to the excitement of old town and the beauty of the beaches. The staff were lovely and provided help with everything we needed. Restaurant, tours and laundry were a few of the things staff guided or provided us to make our trip easy and fun. We look forward to a return trip and recommending The Earth Villa to our friends!!

Incredible accommodations by Hoi An
We had a fantastic stay at the Earth Villa! Everything about our stay was seamless. The weather was very hot so having the pool available right outside our door was really nice. The staff was also incredibly helpful in helping to coordinate motorbike rentals (which they facilitated and had delivered to us without us having to go to the rental place), laundry, and massages at a nearby spa, as well as sharing food recommendations (definitely go to Bahn Mi Phuong!). Location-wise, it's halfway between the beach and the town; bikes or motorbikes definitely help. The unlimited, included breakfast was also DELICIOUS.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The pool setting of this place is so relaxing after a full day of walking around HoiAn that it beats any hotel. The staff, especially Blossum and Jasmin were wonderful with suggestions on where to go, where to eat, Earth Villa is an excellent place to stay.

Very good hotel, location good, excellent staff.
The reception was excellent - it was just one member of staff but she was extremely helpful, knowledgable and accommodating. Her recommendations were spot on and her English was excellent. The location was good although we did make use of the hotels free bicycles to get the beach and the Old Town as it was a long walk to both (beach further). Bed was a bit on the firm side but the room was big, airy and very clean. Breakfast was nothing special but certainly good enough. Would definitely stay again and would recommend.

This is a small family hotel who are caring and attentive. They are happy to help with any special wishes during your stay. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with a large on-suite bathrooom.

Mature couple, loved this accommodation.
Best accommodation so far. Lovely large room and ensuite. All very very clean. 10 Villa's in total. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Just the place to wind down and relax. All Villa's face the sparkling blue pool. 30 min walk to Old Town, or ride one of the bikes provided by the Villa's. Staff always ready to assist where possible. Have no trouble recommending the Earth Villa's. 10 out of 10

Nice hotel close to old Hoi An & the beach.
The hotel is in a quiet place. The hotel is close to the beach and also the ancient city of Hoi An. The hotel staff are very nice, prompt and very courteous. A great plus point for someone traveling alone. The rooms are spacious, clean. The hotel is close to nearly all the places that are on the must see places in Hoi An. There are bike taxis that will take you where ever one chooses to go right outside the hotel. There are also some really good massage places right next door making it an ideal place to stay for a person like me.

What a gem! We originally booked this place for 2 nights but when we arrived and saw the pool and our room we booked for another 4 nights. It was heaven. The staff were so attentive, kind and caring. After we extended our stay they offered us a free dinner at the homestay. It is located between the beach and the Ancient Town. We rode into town easily on the free bikes. Breakfast is included. There are only nine rooms so it feels very quiet and peaceful. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Relaxing and beautiful
Well situated away from hustle and bustle, an easy half way point between the old town and the beach to the east. We rented a motobike for 100,000d outside as it was cheaper that way! Can't fault the place, nice small quiet beautiful. Only qualm was the plumbing was smelly but we figured it wasn't something which couldn't be fixed quickly so didn't complain. It's quite damp, we found our swimming bits didn't dry at all. Minor things didn't change our overall experience - lovely stay :)

The Earth Villa is a delightful place to stay!
After a long flight, we were picked up at the airport by the hotel car and arrived earlier than the normal check in time but our room was all ready for us and we were able to settle in quickly and comfortably. The staff were delightful, always very helpful and friendly. The small size and design of the hotel with all 9 comfortable rooms surrounding the central pool did allow privacy for everyone while giving us all an opportunity to get to know our fellow travelers. Breakfast every morning was really excellent with great choices, we really enjoyed the opportunity to have both Vietnamese and western choices, the delicious Vietnamese dishes with coffee, juice and fruit platter were certainly worth getting up for every morning. The easy opportunity to borrow the hotel bicycles every day and to have our laundry done simply by asking at the front desk staff was a bonus.
