Our concierge, Elan was great and we received excellent service from all of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, the resort was beautifully maintained and we enjoyed the food, the entertainment, and the location (literally built into the mountainside). We saw tons of whale and even a sea lion swimming along the shoreline. "
