"We had a great experience, everything very clean and great view of the Castle outside. Nice large room and staff very attentive, Heating in room not working, but an oil filled radiator was supplied that warm the room up lovely in no time Also, the shower probably needs updating as a little bit outdated and we were unable to get a comfortable temperature and flow ratefrom. All in all a very comfortable stay in a large room with great views of the castle at a great price definitively four stars...

The perfect blend of simplicity with a feel of luxury, especially with staying in the gorgeous Prince Albert room, we had a wonderful time and a delicious afternoon tea. It’s particularly beautiful with the Christmas decorations and we always love heading to the spa. Can’t wait to go back. "
