"This was my second time visiting Ocean El Faro as it has great amenities for the family. My two little girls were amused with the virtual reality games. The hotel is excellent for short vacations as it has all we need included, food beverage, drinks, coffee."

"Mostly a positive experience. The property grounds are well maintained very cool designs with the restaurants acting street strip. Food was very good except for the Route 66 restaurant very average and boring menu. Most of the staff were very attentive ie bartenders, servers, grounds keepers, and hostesses. The only thing that was very disappointing was the “butler” who was worthless. The first day the ac had a issue and he promised he would have it taken care of 2 days later he’s nowhere to be found not answering messages, so I just call the front desk and the issue was fixed within the hour. I’m still giving the resort 5 stars with some of the issues I encountered it was made up for by exception service by the other employees. "
