"Staff was often not very helpful or polite. It’s a party resort and very loud at night. Food options are pretty much all buffets - they say different cuisine, but it’s mainly the same. "

"The place was very tropical and was kept up well. The down side was the food was mediocre and the restaurants were sometimes too packed to be seated. The room service was also very limited and hardly any selection. Also they make you pay for using the pool tables. 20$ for 9 games. The grandkids loved the water park. All in all it was a nice resort but wouldn't stay there again. "
