Hotels with Interconnecting Rooms

The place is so nice. Very cold and very homie. but its just that we didnt expect that they will put us in like a connecting room? luckily nobody checked in there during our stay. but overall its okay and nice place :) shuttle service is sooo convenient every hour they have a service going to sky avenue and in a no hassle booking also. the room is so spacious too. got dining and all stuffs. its like an airbnb already but were expecting a microwave hehehe but they dont have but its okay. no...

It was a good experience.

We were looking for something in the area, and most places listed were like those in the overly commercialised and hyped Genting Highlands resort. But The Chateau was something in another league - for those who want the scenery and the serentiy that you would hope to find in the mountains, well away from the crowds and casinos. My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

The service staff was not fluent in English. When I tried to find out about their current promotion shown at the counter, they were not able to assist. The location is good though.

Entrance to hotel is not so easy to find, but this is a real 5 star hotel.

Friendly and but not many shops around hotel area.. need to take taxi out

Quiet resort

Stayed in Pullman 3 times during my Business visit to KL. Would love to be back.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....

Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

This hotel is new. Staff are friendly too.

Easy and quick check in. Clean and comfortable room. No issues at all with facilities. Easy access to the adjacent mall with reasonable food options. I would be happy to stay here again.

Great ambience, friendly staffs, easy to book transport, near to malls.
