"The staff was not friendly or helpful. When I checked in they didn't great me and were very methodical. Same in the morning when I asked for late checkout. They just said no. I get it, you can't always accommodate, but just a friendly "I'm sorry" would have been nice. Someone erroneously charged my room and they just gave me a phone number and told me to call tomorrow with no explanation of what the charges represented. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times but will choose somewhere else next time."

The downside is there was no pathway to the restaurants next door so you have to go to the street and go down. Also the snack area was way overpriced to get a 20oz soda.."
