"Hôtel Melia was truly an unexpected pleasure for what we thought would be a standard airport hotel for the night before we flew back after two weeks away. Free van service offered to and from the airport, sincerely warm hospitality during check-in, a spacious, lovely and very quiet room (with a powerful rainfall shower head) were already above par. Add to that an awesome and very clean spa/sauna open till 10 PM to insure the perfect night’s sleep and an elegant buffet breakfast (including specialty Lisbon pastries like pastel de nata) and, well, perfection 600 feet from the terminal. 4 thumbs up! "

"We had a lovely stay in Vila Vita, the room was one of the best we’ve stayed in and the breakfast was superb - great buffet options and food made to order. There are plenty of restaurants onsite to choose from, which I’d rate at 8/10 overall - reliable and tasty without being amazing. Everyone is super friendly and always greets you with a smile, and there are endless activities to keep you occupied. We’ll definitely be back! "

"We stayed here overnight before a 5am flight and it was perfect! Super efficient check-in and breakfast available even at 2 am. Easy walk across the street to airport. They offered only buffet dinner but their sister hotel across the street has a lovely bar restaurant where we had dinner (they also had a full restaurant.)"
