"For a supposedly superior room, at $800+, with Club Lounge Access, the room itself was disappointingly ordinary. The bathroom was certainly in need of a refurbish, with chipped tiles in the shower. It was also disappointing to return to our room at 3.45pm, only to have to wait in the lounge downstairs for it to be serviced. We had to ask for soap in the vanity area."

"Had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel is in a great location about a 5-minute walk to Town Hall station and supermarket, close to tram stops, and surrounded by plenty of places to eat which made everything very convenient. The room was clean with a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed, perfect after a long day exploring. A special thank you to Hanny and Rich who were both fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made the stay even better. All staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout. Would happily stay again."
