"I have stayed at the Copley many times, but not since the lobby was renovated. The refresh looks great. If you are looking to stay in the Back Bay, this location can't be beat. You can use to 2 attached malls as shortcuts to stay out of the weather if necessary, and it connects all the way to the Hynes Convention Center.

"The bed was comfortable. The room was small but it was a budget Queen room, good for two people. Nice private bath. Close to Purdencial Center T stop or Copley T stop. Close to good food and safe to walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean room and a good source of amenities. "
"A really great hotel in a wonderful location. With super-comfy beds, lovely linen and all mod cons, the room is small but perfectly formed. I was surprised that despite the busy road outside, it really is quiet and tranquil inside. Everything works, too - seems like an obvious point but not always the case, even in very expensive hotel. This one provides great value for money in a top neighbourhood around Berkelee music school, with its pretty brownstones, great shopping and hip restaurants. Excellent transport links too. Highly recommend the place, especially for Boston first-timers. "
