Excellent staff, great room with amenities. Thoughtful facilities, security.

The location is excellent. The staff are wonderful. Breakfast is fabulous. Great trattoria nearby. It’s a comfortable hotel in a traditional style. Lovely building. Nice bar. I travelled alone and felt very comfortable in the lobby/ bar relaxing with an Aperol spritz in my own.

I have never felt so valued as a VIP guest throughout my stay in Itay. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It is just a few mins (less than 5 mins) walk from Firenze S.M.N., located next to Basilica di Santa Maria Novella and few mins walk to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. I stayed 5 nights in this hotel and the staff made me felt like I’m at home. Great place to stay. Close to the historical centre of Florence. Staff was friendly and the amenities were good.

The service and hospitality that the staff provided. Shout out to the senior gentleman who wears a spectacle, he was so attentive and ensure our stay was smooth. Also the lady who was wears a red glasses, very friendly. The breakfast spread was also a delight with wide varieties options. A great start of the day after the breakfast. Wonderful three night stay here on my first trip to Florence. The hotel is in a convenient location close to places like the Duomo and the Galleria dell’Academia, as well as many good restaurants and cafes. The building might be old and dated but the room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

Great property at the best location in old city. It’s not cheap but you are at a Ferragamo property. Expect the best.

Though I know this is supposed to be a fuss free property, it would be good to provide a kettle for us to make hot drinks on our own rather than to travel out to get hot water.

Really down to earth and humble staff who were very helpful. Small hotel (14 rooms) with big hearted staff. Well maintained, high quality rooms. Very good location. I will definitely stay in this Hotel again.
