"The location is great! It's close to the subway station, some famous tourist attractions, and great restaurants. Also, the hotel offers free coffee and late night snacks, which is thoughtful; I didn't eat the late night snacks but I did use their coffee a few times. The coffee wasn't bad. The only problem with me is the hotel didn't provide any cups or glasses in the guest rooms. If you want to enjoy wine or beer in your in the room you can only ask the front desk for paper cups."

Good location within walking distance to shopping and food. However, we feel that the staff are a bit rigid (especially in terms of check in time and check out time). There was also one particular lady who didn’t speak very good English and was kind of rude. A bit unusual for Japanese as she appeared rather annoyed because of several additional questions I asked about keeping luggages.

A boutique hotel tuck away from the busy street near to Gokufuji subway station or 20 minutes walk to canal city or 30 minutes walk to hakata station. Room are well maintained and decent room size with air purifier in the room. I realised the staff members don't smile much. I suppose only the bigger room comes with a window view others only to be blocked by the adjacent building. House keeping for 4 days stay and above but changing of towels is available. Comfortable bed and sheets.

Excellent service and very spacious room for solo travelers. Worthy of its 5-star rating. The location is a bit quiet as it is between Hakata and Tenjin areas.

Excellent experience from start to end. Checking in was a breeze. Staff speaks good english by Japanese standard. We had arrived way early (travelled from Kumamoto to Hakata, making arrival time abit difficult to gauge). Hotel had allowed an early check-in & complimentary breakfast for us; this was a very pleasant surprise - we greatly appreciate their gesture. Hotel housekeeping also helped cleaned our room even though we had opted out for one of the days. Breakfast was a good spread of...

Great location near the Ichiran building in Nakasu and also near the yatai street. It’s tucked in a quiet corner so it’s not noisy despite the proximity to many bars and restaurants.
Clean rooms and amenities, and the beds are comfortable too, and the public onsen is a plus for those who enjoy it.
