"The location of the hotel and the size of the hotel room is good, but the actual room was in an ok condition, could be better, but I know they reason for the non-maintenance, but the problem is that the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The staff at reception was pretty nice, but when I called ahead a couple times before my stay, they were rather rude. The amenities were basic and usable. Overall, I just hope they sort out their hotel politics soon because it's such a shame to see a famous and grand hotel get reduced to that state."

"I loved the Leonora room. It was spacious, clean and well laid out. The staff and service was impeccable. The breakfast was ample and delicious. "
