"Although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and made up for it with its fridendly and helpful staff. A specail thank you to Maya at receiption, who make out check in smooh and welcoming. The location is not the most convenient, especially for getting to the main shopping and transport areas, but we appreciated that the hotel provideds a complimentary shuttle service, which was very helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay."

It has been a wonderful 3D2N stay at the Imperial Heritage Hotel from 7 Aug – 9 Aug. The service was excellent and I would like to thank the staff for making my stay an enjoyable one, despite having to suffer a long jam at the causeway for over 8 hours that day with 3 kids in toll. The hotel looks stunning in infrastructure on the outside, the swimming pool area looks super pretty and spectacularly decorated. Very nice to chill out at at night with no crowd and nice sitting area. The Premier room is huge and lovely to stay in but walls are thin haha. But the carpark is quite narrow and dated looking. Staff service is great though. Overall very nice stay. Location is good as well near many good food places.
