The rooms are immaculate, the staff is amazing, the surrounding areas are great - Cheesecake Factory at the mall and the giant Starbucks Reserve down the street. The spa is also wonderful. Will never stay anywhere else in Shanghai!"

Quality of food was great but for one week and no change in menu was boring. They said they change the menu every 2 weeks and in my opinion that’s too long for same many. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I visit Shanghai again. "

"Clean room but cold reception area and difficult to view signage at night to check if arrived at correct location .The hotel however was very clean , comfortable and very near local eateries . Convenient bank ATM machine nearby and also HOHO bus stop. Nanjing Road and Food hall a short walk away . Breakfast was varied and a superb selection. Room service was limited but very good too "
