"My partner and I stayed here for 12 nights. The deluxe non-smoking room was small but we made it work. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They spoke some English. We had an issue with our AC in the room and they could not fix it so they moved us to a standard room which was smaller but again, fulfilled our needs. And the refunded the difference. The best thing about the hotel is the location. We are right above a subway station which made transportation very simple. We were also close to Dotonbori, about a 15 minute walk. If we go back to Osaka, I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
"Everything was efficient and clean. Just was confused by the system where they leave supplies at your door, like where to put dirty towels if fresh ones are left at the door. The lifts get crowded."
"The best part of this hotel is how clean it is. Fresh towels and slippers are provided daily. There is even a deodoriser spray for clothes provided. The reception and cleaning staff were all very friendly and hospitable. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a large convenient store. In a short walking distance is the Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, a marketplace we love walking along, that will also eventually lead you to the heart of Dotonbori."
Once a warehouse district selling imported goods, this “American Village” is now a fashionable retail and entertainment area popular with young locals.
You can enjoy retail therapy at Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street during your visit to Osaka. Visit the shops and top-notch restaurants in this culturally rich area.
