"The staff were friendly but I didn't feel a sense of welcoming and it all felt bit impersonal. The room are ridiculously small with no place to navigate between luggages. While we are a relatively quiet family the walls are very thin and a staff knocked at our door to let us know that we disturbed other guests. So I wouldn't return there. "

"Room was a good size. The bench/table area came in handy when we needed to organize our luggage and/or eat something. It was everything you needed for a vacation stay. The only downside to it was it being peak season and checking in with so many people all at 2pm. If they accommodated early check-in even with additional cost, I wouldn't mind. The staff was also not the friendliest vs. other staff in Japan. Overall, the stay was good. The elevator also took the longest."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Hotel has an excellent location. It is next door to the Metro for easy access. There are some great restaurants in the area and if you like Starbucks that is just down the road. Very clean 5-star hotel in my opinion. Room was spacious for Japan standards."
