"The room was clean and a decent size. We had everything we needed in our room from complementary slippers to a mini fridge. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We loved this hotel. "

"My accessible room was very good. I would offer feedback to help make small changes. The shampoos etcetera are across from the bath making them difficult to access. The shower chair cannot fit in the bathtub. The bathtub needs a non slip matt to help disabled/elderly so they can utilise the bathtub instead of being limited to showering. A small seat that fits would help. Mr Ujin(?) was so helpful on our phone call. The female staff handled the phone call but it was more difficult than it needed to be. Breakfast staff were very good. Overall, excellent and we look forward to staying with you again."

"We loved our time at this hotel. The location was in a great location by the train stations and mall that had a market. The room was spacious and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and coming back."
