Room was clean and amenities were great - shampoo, conditioner, hand and body soap were from Aesop. Even though we experienced an electricity trip, staff were super helpful and resourceful. They were quick to react and ensured we were moved very quickly - all sorted in 30 mins. Bravo! Walking distance to TRX and Pavilion as well. Will def be back.

Very convenient to the MRT & TRX. The convenient stores on the ground floor were also a big bonus. Not as crowded as the city centre. Room amenities are good. I enjoy the smell of fresh linen.

The view upon reaching your floor will include both the Twin Towers and the KL Tower. Located a street away from Berjaya Times Square, there are many shopping options to choose from, although food is limited to the lower floors.

Ayatt location is good, within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, we even walk to KLCC. The room we get is a new unit, thus it is clean and tidy. The rooms is spacious and view is outstanding. During new year celebration, we get the full view of fireworks display from TRX to KLCC just from the window of our room. Unfortunately the housekeeping is terrible. Out of the 4 nights we stay, they only clean once, basically it's not cleaning, they just make the beds and top up water bottle....

This hotel is perfect for relax vacation where you want to feel calm and at peace. The staff was all friendly and helpful with our requests and questions. I will definitely go again there cause the place is convenient. To go to berjaya Times Square is just 5 mins walk and if tale grab car (due to luggage) is 2RM.

Got a room in 42nd Floor with a great view of Exchange 106 building, the tallest building in KL, with last bricks being laid out. Room is spacious and tidy. Room services never replaced toiletries and sometimes even bath towels every day. However, calling the desk will get things done in a whizz. Suana was non-functional on the last day (2/19/2018) when I went in, but swimming pool is maintained nicely. Overall, a pleasant experience with the hotel.

Everything was gd just that the check in needs to be more smooth and efficient.overall highly recommended.

It was such a misleading information! It seems that this booking is through an agent. The check-in was very poor handled as this is actually through an agent. The personnel who handled our check-in was very rude and unprofessional. It affect the image of hotel.com by taking this kind of agents to be included in the web brochures.
