Great for overnight before a flight
The hotel is good for an overnight stay before heading out of Incheon. We had an early morning flight which meant that it would be expensive to get out of Seoul early enough to make our flight. Incheon Hotel Airstay was a great alternative. The hotel was very convenient and not too difficult to find. The place was clean enough and even though the beds were hard, the hotel itself is worth the value.

Cheap hotel room 5-10 minutes walk from Unseo station on the airport all stop line. Rooms not very clean, and dusty, very run down and dated, in need of a full refurb. We had half a set of false eyelashes in the bathroom, kettle surrounded by brown sticky liquid and the chair cover torn, but covered with a dirty yoga mat to try and hide it. Lots of places to eat nearby and a couple of convenience stores

The property looks a little older in the rooms than the pictures led on. The wall looked as if it had water damage at some point. But my biggest issue was the hair that was still on the floor in the bathroom and when I took off my socks, the bottom was covered in some white residue. Didn't look like dust so not sure what it was. So to me it seemed that suite had not been cleaned properly or used in some time... maybe I don't know. It's not a bad place though but for that I didn't continue my stay, I checked out immediately. But the staff was very nice.

Very basic but OK
No frill hotel. The reception photo looks very good. but it more like an apartment front. Very basic. Reception just give you a key. won't do anything else. But beds are comfortable and location is good.

It was cheap. But I would have paid more to be able to sleep and get a good shower. The light from the air conditioner and the smell of smoke kept me up most of the night. I was hoping for a good nights sleep before a long flight but I didn’t get it. I was also looking forward to a good shower but the bathroom was not inviting and felt dirty.

Best hotel ever. The staffs were very nice, they check up on us to ensure we weren't late for our shuttle service. They also rushed to ensure we made it on time for our flight. The rooms were super big too. Will stay again soon.

It’s very conveniently located near the airport. I arrived too late for the shuttle bus but using google maps on my phone via the airport free WiFi it was easy to navigate the subway to the hotel. The subway was clean and felt safe unlike some subways late at night in some American cities. I was happy to get a free tooth brush and tooth paste for me stay. I had to pay a lot of money for that at a more expensive hotel. Go figure right. I guess that hotel’s goal was to make lots of money off me but this location they seemed to want to give a good value.

Really close to the airport. We arrived too late to catch the shuttle but a cab ride only cost us $16 to get there. Super quick check in and easy check out. Provided all of us with a small pouch with amenities.

Staff was efficient but not very friendly. These are the things I did not like and that need improvement. 1. Bed was very hard no support so I did not sleep well at all. Hurt my hips. 2. I could not take a bath because there was no safety handrail to assist getting in a out of tub. Very dangerous.Tub is too high to get out of. 3. There was no shower curtain so water accumulated on floor and I almost fell. 4. There was an A/C water drainage leak that accumulated on floor and I almost fell. A towel was used every day to absorb the water!! 5. Electrical switches not in good places esp. none at night by the bed. I would not stay again.

Not clean, recommend staying elsewhere
This hotel has a cheap price, but is not clean. There was a hole punched into the wall, the bathroom was moldy, the furniture was badly scratched up. Would not recommend!
