The location was very convenient, just a short drive from Incheon Airport Terminal 1. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet.

It was an office building converted with offices to hotel rooms. No real main reception. Somewhat dirty but at least it was cheap.

This property used to send out a welcome email with bus directions from the Incheon airport prior to arrival but doesn't seem to do that anymore. It used to take one shuttle bus from the International terminal 2 to get there, but now you have to do a 20 minute ride to terminal 1, change to another bus and go to the International Business center. The whole process is now closer to 45 minutes.

Very nice, clean rooms, easy to get to and check in, definitely will stay again if I need to be at the airport early in the morning! Only problem was that you can't control your own AC, the hotel won't turn it on until June (seems arbitrary).

Numberone was relatively easy to get to (with help of my Korean dinner date). It is very close, 1.5 km to Terminal 1. (International) Great restaurants right there. Perfect for first day or last day of trip

Very close to the Incheon airport but difficult ..
It was difficult to find the hotel, no sign, no name, or no tel number from outside. The hotel operation was running from a room (#203), no reception desk or anything.. The airport info didn't know about this hotel and simply had no information. My room was in fair condition and the building looked old. Next time, I would pay more to stay at an airport hotel.

Good for lay-overs, not vacationing.
Hotel was nearly impossible to find. It is embedded in another hotel (weird) and we had to wander about outside asking locals where it was for half an hour. Other than that the rooms were fine for sleeping in. To get into downtown Seoul was 1.5 hour train trip so its not great location. Fine location for an airport layover, that's about it.

Good and value for money location for a layover.
We only stayed there for a night. It was in close proximity to the airport, only 2 stations away by the free shuttle bus. The owners were nice and friendly. The room was generally clean and well equipped, though facilities looked a little old.

Number one stay
It was hard to contact to the front desk for any questions. If you can fix it you wlll be a better hotel. The bathroom is very small and needs to be repaired here or there. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable. The room was spacious and well decorated, and clean.

Good location, near to the airport
As my flight UO614 arrived incheon at 2:30am, there is no free shuttle bus in the midnight, so I take the taxi to the guesthouse which costs 5000w( better to print the map and ask the driver for the fee before get on the taxi)~ The hotel is clean and comfort. There is a check in late charge for arrival after 1am which is not written on the expedia website! And they just inform you 1 week before it, so its better to ask clearly once after booking, so u can have a better plan on amending the booking if neccessary Luckily after email with the guest house manager Mr. Choi, password and room number can be given on the arrival date, so no need to do the check in in the mid night and the late check in charge is not applicable. Afterall, the stay in the guesthouse is good, i will still recommend it to people who have early or late flight to incheon and want to take a good rest. The price is reasonable.

Catch an early flight
Check your email for directions or call the hotel's number and they will text you clear directions. The kind lady speaks good English. Otherwise the google map address plots on the wrong building. The free shuttle operated by the city or airport is real convenient. The room even has a washing machine and a small kitchenette. Clean hotel, great to catch an early flight.

We took a taxi from Seoul to this hotel. The hotel personnel should guide the taxi driver to drop us at the hotel building itself but otherwise happened when the taxi driver was guided to drop us at the other building and we have to pull our luggage in the freezing weather at night for about 100 meters.

reached airport about 11pm,called guesthouse and the pick up arrived in about 10mins and were sent to our room directly, we appreciate very much. room was just big enough for a double bed and 2 single beds, bed was comfortable. Room was clean and toiletries include hair spray and hair gel which can't find at other hotels. Overall very satisfied with Numberone Guesthouse with the price, highly recommended.

The room given to us is very different from that shown in the pictures, which somewhat makes me feel regretting the booking. However the room is rather clean and big, and the hosts are very friendly. I hope the pictures can be changed to avoid misrepresentation, as this will definitely affect their rating.

Difficult to find, once out cab driver dropped us off we stood in the lobby of a large building with no signage for the hotel until someone happened upon us. It's super close to Icheon airport so transit is a lot easier. It was clean and perfectly sufficient for a one night stay. You get what you pay for.
