"Rooms were always clean and staff was friendly and helpful!"

"Great family rooms. They get pretty hot at night though."

"Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful personnel, perfect location near many of Seoul’s landmark sites. The hotel was inaugurated just 10 days ago, so, everything was brand new"

"Room was clean, manager was very friendly and accommodating. Location is superb, close to convenience stores, train and bus station."

"Location was great"

"Good location and lots of restaurants."

"서울의 모든 중심에 있어서 어디나 가기 좋았습니다. 그리고 건물이나 시설이 모두 최신시설이여서 깔끔하고 깨끗했습니다. 직원분들도 너무 친절해서 여행내내 즐거웠습니다. 이호텔을 추천합니다"

"Great place"

"The thing I appreciated the most was definitely the kindness of the staff and the modern and warming places!! It was a beautiful experience and I will be delightful to choose again stay ohana in the future"

"Good location and liked the privacy"

"I had a wonderful stay at HiStay Jongno! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Seoul."

"Very accommodating staff."

"Very easy checkin and checkout in the centre of a great location in Jongno - accessible to great public transport, restaurants and places to see and visit. I highly recommend this place for its location. Our room was a good size for 5 night stay. Unfortunately we were only given hand towels for most of our stay for showers and bath mats - which we could get more of if we needed to. We got bath towels for 2 of our 5 nights but didn’t know why we didn’t get these the whole stay"

"The is an entirely selve serve micro hotel. There is no staff. If you cannot figure out the check in system you are not getting a room. The room I got was smaller than the picture shown. It was literally the smallest room that could fit a bed. The was no floor left to open my suitecase. It was like living in one of those tile puzzles with 15 tiles in 16 spaces. There was no shower separate from the sink toilet area. You just hosed yourself off in front of the sink and toilet. Don’t get the...

"The hotel and room is clean and well maintained. The only problem is the space, there is no where to put your clothes except a few hooks for the jacket. The space is just enough to open your luggage. Otherwise I still recommend to friends as it is walking distance to transportation and popular landmarks."

"Great location & very helpful friendly staff… would stay here again for sure! "

"Very bad hygiene levels and ignore everything with the request of the customer"

"Excellent stay, super close to lots of restaurants and stores. The staff was also super helpful and nice!"

"Great location, walkable, lots of cafes and very clean hotel"

"The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was among the best in the area. Across the street from a beautiful temple and close to Insadong, with shops just 100 yds away."
