"This hotel is located in a lovely area with less than 15 minutes away from the train station; making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, beautiful view of the river, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. "We recently traveled to Switzerland and stayed at this hotel for four days. The overall service was excellent! The receptionist was very welcoming, and the hotel truly felt like home. Everything was well-organized, and our room was always cleaned while we were out for the day. I forgot the name of one of the receptionists, she was tall and slim but she was incredibly kind and helpful. Dimitri, another receptionist, was also very friendly and welcoming. "Big & clean room with plenty of space for 2. Nice big balcony as well! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included which was a big plus! There was a small refrigerator for storing food as needed - it worked for what we needed. We enjoyed the stay here - would recommend & would stay again!"

They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "
