"We recently traveled to Switzerland and stayed at this hotel for four days. The overall service was excellent! The receptionist was very welcoming, and the hotel truly felt like home. Everything was well-organized, and our room was always cleaned while we were out for the day. I forgot the name of one of the receptionists, she was tall and slim but she was incredibly kind and helpful. Dimitri, another receptionist, was also very friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Peter, the bartender, his customer service was outstanding. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable! I recommend this hotel. My kids love this hotel and we would love to stay here again. Family of 5 from USA. "

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from both the bus and train stations, which made getting around incredibly easy. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, especially compared to most European hotel standards, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made me feel very welcome. Overall, I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again on my next visit!"

"Very nice quiet location it at the same time close to everything. The river view room was much smaller than we expected but excellent view. We even watched people jumping off the bridge. The self laundry facility was an added bonus. But the staff are not quite familiar with buses allowed on the guest card. We were kicked off 106 and told 102-104 are the only valid buses. Something to be verified before j make plans."
