"I saw some negative reviews about this place and I have to say I didn't experience any of them really. The staff was welcoming (not overly friendly but certainly not rude), the location is unbeatable, the breakfast buffet was one of the more robust spreads i've seen in a hotel outside the US, and the hotel was spotless. Our room was larger than we expected and very well appointed. I only have two low-lights: 1) There was no AC which meant the rooms can get hot. Most of the year this is no problem but during our stay it wasn't very comfortable. 2) Due to the lack of AC we opened the windows which let in plenty of cool night air. Unfortunately there is a family of cows across the street with bells on that were active all night (cute problem I know). We named the main cow Meribell and although she was awesome, her bells made it hard to sleep without earplugs. Overall i'd definitely stay here again, despite the lack of sleep."
