"Lovely hotel - helpful staff. Very decent breakfast, perfect location. Walking distance to everything within Interlaken. Clean room"

"It's definitely a 5 Star property. I'm only taking 1 star off for the amenity hrs. The fitness center opens at 8:30AM and closes at 6PM (last admission at 5PM). If you're a tourist and like to work out as well then forget either the gym or breakfast as the breakfast closes at 10AM. No possibility of working out in the evening either because when you're back from any excursion, it's closed. And BTW, the 2 days I used the gym, there was no air conditioning, no water and no towels. No attendant around so you could ask."
