"The staff was very friendly during check in and took the time and care to explain everything to us. They even upgraded us which was icing on the cake. The staff greeted us whenever we leave or come back to the hotel. Breakfast was really good, it had all the basic cold and hot selections. Hotel is like 5-10min walk to the interlaken OST train station. Would definintely stay at Carlton Europe Vintage Adults hotel again when i visit interlaken again."

"Fabulous location! It is just a short walk to Interlaken Ost station, making it so easy to visit Jungfraujoch, Grindelwald, and Lauterbrunnen. There is also a Coop supermarket right across the street.
The apartment is huge, very clean, and has a separate laundry room. The beds are extremely comfortable and the amenities are complete. We especially appreciated the bidets and Qibla direction, which are very helpful for Muslim travelers.
Highly recommended for anyone exploring the Jungfrau...
