"We recently traveled to Switzerland and stayed at this hotel for four days. The overall service was excellent! The receptionist was very welcoming, and the hotel truly felt like home. Everything was well-organized, and our room was always cleaned while we were out for the day. I forgot the name of one of the receptionists, she was tall and slim but she was incredibly kind and helpful. Dimitri, another receptionist, was also very friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to Peter, the bartender, his customer service was outstanding. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable! I recommend this hotel. My kids love this hotel and we would love to stay here again. Family of 5 from USA. "
