"lovely old classy hotel"

"Great hotel in the heart of Interlaken. Just an easy 10 minute walk from Interlaken Ost. We had a quiet room at the side of the hotel with a fantastic view of the church and the snow-capped mountains. Breakfast was very good with effort made to change the selection everyday. I just wish the bed was a bit firmer, the sheets smelled fresher and bath towels were newer/whiter. Overall, it was a good stay and would consider staying at this hotel next time we're in Interlaken."
