"Nice hotel with a 5 minute walk to train station. Beautiful view of river. Only downside was no air conditioner however they provided a fan which helped a little. Spa and

I reported it to the front desk, but they said they were busy with an event. I also requested a box of tissues multiple times, but it was never delivered. While there were some positives, the service and noise issues affected my overall experience."

has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "

"We loved this property and the town. It was nice to be in the mountains but to have so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only issue we had was that we didn't receive our check-in email and were concerned that we would get to the hotel and not be able to get into our room since there is no front desk at this hotel. We reached out to Expedia who reached out to the hotel and both acted quickly to ensure that we had everything we needed for a smooth arrival."
