The toilet smells when the door is opened. The shower gel holder is broken and unusable. AC blower is noisy as well as the noise from window. The only thing good is the friendliness from the staff.

Tried to save a little money but bad attitudes at this hotel obvious. Check-in guy 7/30/19 at 23:30 acted condescending. Girls at reception next morning nice though. Would of been better off paying the little extra and booking at Di'Prima hotel nearby instead, getting decent breakfast and a whole lot more besides. Saving the extra $10 USD was not worth it and Swift Inn got the last laugh on bit of savings. Checking in, the guy who was at the reception with "care less" demeanor not smiling acting like it was big hassle for us to use hotel airport shuttle service. Apparently this "shuttle" is only 3 times in the morning. Hotel advertises its shuttle service like its a real big perk, but don't take them seriously. Ended up taking a cab instead of putting the hotel out for their ridiculous shuttle service that didn't seem like it wanted to run anyway. Breakfast was a big joke, as all you get is some rice and a tiny bowel of soup,and for one person only, not two. Lady in restaurant saying "that's all we get." When first asked what breakfast she replies with lack of intelligent look and blurts out "bread." My wife complained and they finally brought out another bowl of soup. But hardly any food to eat so don't pay extra for breakfast as you will go hungry here anyway. King size bed was just 2 single beds pushed together. Had to squeeze into tiny bathroom, as room was so small, door hit bed when entering. Air Conditioner worked, but not really that cool. Will not return here again.

Booked for 24 hrs when reached hotel was told hotel is transit hotel and my booking for 8 hrs so I need to check out after 8 hrs after I check in so had to go out all day waste time and when back then checked In don’t even give you grace period like other hotels for extra hr start calling your room that you want to check out if not if extra time will be charged so rude and unprofessional being in hospitality industry

Not as nice as the pictures, the room Is very small, but it’s so cheap to spend a few hours waiting for a flight. The neighborhood also has a lot of food and facilities next door. The “free shuttle” is only available in the morning. It’s also a full 30 min ride to the airport terminal, despite how close it is.

It was very humid inside. Clearly the AC had not been on for at long time before check-in. Furthermore, not really clean. Lastly, the promised airport shuttle only went every 90 mins so not really useful. Be aware that it's an almost 30 mins. drive between the airport and the hotel.

Overall, the hotel can be a good transit if you have a late night / early morning flight due to it's location and price. However, best if the hotel management to look after the facility and cleanliness in slightly more detail to ensure the comfort of guest. Overall, an OK-OK hotel for 3 hours worth of stay.

Well did not expect the price on arrival,I ve made a mistake concerning the date of my booking but even after contact them and told them bout the issue they did not even seem to be concerned and they lied to me ....whatever everything is fine for me concerning the payement hhhhh The weird and the nightmare is the room,ni way to walk with sleepers it s dirty and the flook full if stains just like the bed and under cover lot of hair ,it s really disgusting and the smell wow strange and ......oops aircon noisy Any way impossible for more than 1 night and the breakfast is just toast with chocolate I had to buy a unique espresso in the world very small and expensive hhhhh Any way welcome to indonesia I miss it but not jaka.

Good place overall: free wifi, laundry, restaurants, indomaret across the street. I took free shuttle back to airport-it can up to 30 mins with traffic despite only being 3 Kms. Be advised that the shuttle leaves at specific set times so you must be flexible. It's 100, 000 IRP for a taxi to this location. The washroom is a bit dirty, but the linens were clean and the water hot. Bed comfortable, staff very kind and helpful.

Great value for money
Very basic, but clean and also very cheap, with free bottled water and good A/C. Overall, it was a very good choice for an overnight stay for a next day flight. Although it seems very close by on the map, the ride between the airport and the hotel it takes around 30 minutes and about 60,000 Rp (4.5 $). Blue Bird Taxis are recommended! Others will say that it's far and won't take you for less than 150,000 Rp...

Good clean bed and room but toilet is not clean
The hotel and room was great similar to the photos posted on the site. The only disappointment was the toilet . It wasn't clean and it was very small. Maybe that's the reason why they didn't post any photo. The breakfast was too Simple. Only fried rice. The price was good if only the toilet wasn't dirty and a free airport shuttle pick up would be nice too

Noisy hotel far from airport, no airport shuttle
The websites would tell you that it's 3 km from the airport. However this is misleading, as it's 3 km in a _straight line_ from the airport. You need to go around the entire circumference of the airport, which is probably more like 15 km and took >30 minutes in a cab outside rush hour traffic. The hotel only offers a ride TO the airport, not FROM the airport. You need to exchange money and negotiate with the taxi drivers, who will ignore the meter. The "usual" price for an Indonesian would be 80,000 rupiah, but the really unscrupulous drivers will try to get foreigners to pay 200,000 rupiah, which is more than the cost of the hotel room. So be very aware, that the claim of "shuttle" is false and misleading. The room was very small, but that's what one expects for a low price. It is right next to the run way, so it was very noisy and difficult to fall asleep. The whole hotel smells like the rest of Jakarta air - smoggy, but I guess that was tolerable. It's not the cleanest place, but for an 5-hour stay it was tolerable again. All in all, it was cheap, but the taxi ride from the airport was really annoying, and it was a noisy night due to the jumbo jets landing/taking off next to me. I would not stay here again.

Don't waste your time at this hotel
The rooms were very small. Barely enough room to move around with the bed as the only piece of furniture. Bathroom was disgusting; there were 2 drinking glasses that I would not put to my lips. The power went out twice when I was there. I wouldn't recomend this hotel to my enemies.

Good for transit stay as the room is tiny. Helpful staff, very kind and willing to assist. Great for luggage storage as the airport doesn't have a luggage store. efficient transfers back to the airport. Good cafes in the area. There is a taxi rank nearby to allow you to head out in the time you have before your flight.

the rooms r small but sufficient for a one night stay. long term visitors should seek other hotel. the staffs is friendly, but not always helpful. if u need to make changes to ur booking it ll come with an unreasonable high price tag. Even while the Hotel is only few km away from CGK, and HomePage tells about 700m. u ll need to take a detour of 20km/40min. beware of fix-priced taxis and taxi-scam by meters. had to experience that even on bluebird!

10hrs minimum layover time is needed
Simple room with a hot shower. It's safe and close to the airport, but close is relative. You must drive around the whole airport to get to this hotel, no your not being cheated, and it takes around 15-20 minutes to arrive. Multiply that by 2 (round trip) and add in check in time 10-15 minutes and you just spent an hour of your layover when you could have been sleeping. This would be acceptable and fine if you indeed do not get stuck in customs and immigration for very long, 5 minutes and 45 respectively for me. I had a 7 hour layover with early 5am flight to bali & by the time I got to the hotel, checked, showered, got a snack at convience store, repacked for early departure I ended up netting 3hrs1/2 sleep. That said, bali airport has the fastest domestic security I have ever experienced so there is no need to arrive any more than 1hr early to the airport & 45 minutes is plenty.

Excellent value airport stopover
Very convenient for the airport in meter taxi 80,000. Excellent free shuttle return to airport to catch city bus. We were taken to the correct stop and the hotel driver even helped us purchase the ticket. Hotel clean, comfortable, hot shower and courteous friendly staff.

Short term stay only. Stayed on first floor and could hear people coming and going all night. Mosquitoes were in the room and check in was very slow. Located close to airport but drive from domestic terminal to hotel was long. Bonus is they provide shuttle to airport. Would stay at another place next time

Stayed for one night. Very nice comfortable and new hotel. Room was small but as we were only staying one night, it was fine. Breakfast was a basic sandwich and water, but was sufficient to our needs. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Would stay here again if I were back in Jakarta.
