"Lovely room, amazing breakfast, nice staff"

"Stayed in a superior twin room on the 5th floor, which was clean and comfortable, with a walk-in shower (important because I have mobility issues). It was on the small side but not cramped. The decor seemed to be fairly new and in good shape, of a dark gray neutral sort. Staff on check-in were friendly, quick and helpful. It's a massive hotel that takes huge tour groups, so there were several hordes clumped together in the lobby and in the street area outside; there is also no visible place to sit and relax in the lobby, which is designed to get a lot of people through check-in quickly. I was so glad to find there was express checkout! There are several restaurants in the hotel which I didn't try, and lots of restaurants in the immediate area. Very close to everything in Bloomsbury. There was street noise at night but nothing extreme. "

"The room was spectacular! Location was brilliant - right above the tube station! Megan checked us in and also answered queries we had prior to our stay. Nothing is too much trouble to the polite and friendly staff at this hotel who go out of their way to do anything to make your stay better! "

"This was our first visit We loved our time spent there so close to everything we spent tonight breakfast the next day. I definitely want to stop again. My children enjoyed the Swimming after I all the stuff for lovely and very helpful especially when we came in from the cold on our last day and there was many hot chocolates waiting for us thank you Park Plaza"
