"Our stay at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel was simply outstanding. The location could not be more perfect — right in the heart of Shibuya, steps away from the famous crossing, endless restaurants, shopping, and train connections to anywhere in Tokyo.
The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel and our room spotless and well maintained. It truly made our stay feel comfortable and stress-free.
The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with directions, recommendations, and anything we needed, all with genuine warmth and professionalism.

"Rooms were excellent with a wonderful layout, they were classy but economical and well appointed with great amenities. Beds were comfortable. The cafe connected was quite expensive with coffee at around 800Yen but it was nice to have that breakfast option. The front desk staff was not able to help in foreign languages so that made some things more challenging. Coffee in room was not replenished either which was disappointing as we stayed 5 days with 5 people in the room and only got 5 packages of coffee. That coffee was tasty though!"

The only things I was not satisfied about were the pillows were not as comfy and had some trouble sleeping on them. I also didn't enjoy the washing machine's drying function as it didn't seem to dry at all. I had to walk to a nearby coin laundry to dry them.
