Grateful I noticed other reviews stated air conditioning has a separate fee. That wasn’t easily clear in the listing. We went early June and didn’t need A/C for our visit. "

"Our stay was fabulous! The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of the ocean and the resort. The onsite bar/restaurant (Don's Beachcomber) offered a delicious array of foods and drinks! We highly recommend the Volcano Tube! Be sure to visit the lagoon, too!"

"This place is amazing!! Everyone was so nice and the view was amazing! We stayed in room 715. 2 bedroom and 2 bath, A/C, and washer and dryer in the condo. We walked to town, but we also had a car to drive around. If you or a family member has food allergies, this is a great place to stay with a full kitchen. The grocery store is only 10 minutes away. "
