"マンションタイプなので、広くてキレイで、コスパが良かったです。
情報がまだ少ないので、いろいろ書いておきます。
・歯ブラシはありました。
・スリッパ、部屋着はありません。
・テレビはアンテナが接続されていなくて放送は見れず、Netflixだけ見れました。
・お湯が出なかったのですが（おそらく給湯器の故障）、連絡するところがなく困りました。マンションタイプの欠点かもしれません。
・チェックインは今回は無人ではなく係の方が手伝ってくれました。（チェックイン時間帯はバイトの方がおられるのかな？）現状サポートがないと難しいケースがあります。タブレットで、まず予約者名で検索するのですが、予約時と完全一致していないといけないようです。予約サイトだとローマ字だったり、姓名の順番だったり、さまざまだと思います。私は予約サイトにローマ字で登録しているのを覚えていなかったので、無人だとチェックインできないところでした。チェックインが終わるとキーが入ったケースの蓋が空きます。（ソフトのバグがあるようで、開かなかったのですが、係の人が開けれくれました。これも無人だと苦しかったところです。）"

"The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet. You’re close to lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and Okubo Station is just a few minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again!"

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Premium hotel MONday MAIHAMA View II during our family vacation in Tokyo!

Conveniently located near Keikyū Kamata Station. Easy access to Haneda Airport as well as most of Tokyo area. Walking distance from JR Kamata Station, too. Many restaurants and casual Ramen shop are just 3-5 minutes away. Hotel staff are very friendly and rooms are very clean. Highly recommended.
