The Pullman Hotel in Kutching definitely offers a 5-star experience to its guests not just by the ambience in it but also by the amenities they have. I chose this hotel because they have a gym, a pool, and a spa. The staff are nice and are quick to respond to requests. The hotel adjoins a mall and there are several restaurants to choose from. Their Internet is free and fast which makes it great for working, and the area is quiet which makes it also great for relaxing.

Fantastic stay

rooms facing main road is noisy during night, so that they switched my room to opposite one which is quite cozy and spacious than previous one.

The hotel staff did not ask whether I wanted the city view or the river view but that was alright. I got the city view and the view was just fine. I loved the room as it was very spacious and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. The internet speed was amazing and I love how they have many clear tv channels, namely MTV etc. There was even a speaker in the shower room that links to the television. Convenient location

The place is beautiful and unique. Staff is still new and need to learn more but still they’re nice. There are many Mosquitos in the bathroom, maybe some nets would help to protect guests from mosquitos.

Stayed here for 3 nights at the ocean view double room. The room smells stale upon our first entered, room is outdated. However, the smell goes away once we turned on the aircon. The view from balcony is great. Room is clean. The resort is nice, you can imagine their golden past when they are still brand new. There isn’t any crowd when we were there.
