"It was a great staycation. The hotel building is a bit old but the hotel itself is well maintenanced and clean. I stayed in the Peranakan Club room and it's huge. The bed is AMAZING, not too soft, not too hard, just form enough yet cocooning for great night sleep. Location is superb with a supermarket downstairs, plenty food options within the building and just right outdoor. There are many small malls around the corner. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the team at the Club lounge. Strongly recommend the Club level rooms, very value for money. "

"We've enjoyed 2 nights at the Grand Park City Hall hotel & highly recommend this hotel for it's great location across the road from the City Hall MRT station (takes you to Changi airport) comfortable room & it's wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome from the first step into the hotel. We stayed in a Club room on the 9th floor, with access to the Crystal Club lounge, which we used for breakfast afternoon tea & evening cocktails. Gladys & Iman made us feel so welcome & are an asset to this hotel. They went above & beyond with the service they provided to us & with a constant smile on their face. From check-in which was so smooth & great staff who provided us with our room prior to the normal check-in time, was so much appreciated after a long 18 hours flight from LA. The food from breakfast to evening canapes was delicious. We 100% would recommend this hotel for the great location to food and staff, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back on our next stop over. :)"

"Furama RiverFront We had a comfortable 8-night stay at the Furama RiverFront hotel in Singapore. All the reception staff were extremely helpful, from arranging taxis to giving directions to MRT stations... Although our Superior Room was a little tired in appearance, it was very tidy and welcoming. The twin beds and sheets were clean and smelt fresh. The en suite was clean if a little dated. The food in the restaurants was excellent. However, we encountered a slight issue when my wife’s meal was left on the counter and was getting cold before I reminded the staff. On the first day, at the restaurant on the third floor, the lady, WW, was unwilling to assist us when we enquired about menus, cost and how to place an order. Every one else was very helpful. The location was perfect for us and we would stay here again. We can recommend the Furama RiverFront if you are planning a visit to Singapore!"
