"Lovely place to stay. Very easy and convenient using my phone as the key and checking in online. My only criticism was that there was only coffee in the room, no tea and that the shower head was quite blocked and needed wiping."

"The royal oak train station is really close which was very convenient for getting around the city. Its in a great location. The room was smaller than expected but thats London. Room was clean and bed was nice. TV has netflix. Would stay there again. Thanks for having us. "
"We had a twin room with really comfy beds. The air conditioning worked really well and was quiet which often isn't the case. There were free bottles of water provided in the room and biscuits for our tea/coffee. The bathroom was clean and of good quality, nice hot water in the shower and good lighting.
For the price we paid I wasn't expecting such quality so felt it was excellent value for money in this location.
The only problem we had on arriving at our 4th floor room was that the key card didn't work so had to go back to reception, however they were apologetic and sorted it out for us. "
