"If I could give this property 6 stars I would! The location is amazing! Roughly a 5-7 min walk from the train that connects many of London’s attractions. Very clean hotel and very nice staff. The view was amazing as well & was not too noisy at nighttime (with the tourists). I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in London. "

The staff were all found to be pleasant and helpful the bedroom we stayed in was a good ample size with a comfortable bed the shower took some working out but we got there in the end. "Front desk and bell-hop were very friendly and helpful. Room is as expected - not too big - but with beautiful view. Our room was located in the 12th flr which makes it convenient to visit 12 knot. We had our drinks in their rooftop overlooking the river thames. The hotel location is walking distance to many attractions. Overall, highly recommended."
