"The hotel was super busy when we were there. Also, some may find it cumbersome having to take off your shoes every time you arrive at the hotel. Also having to walk in socks the whole time in the hotel including going to breakfast. The amenities were great, there were 5 different hot springs tubs to use which was very nice, free ice cream and amazing breakfast spread also water/tea/coffee available every day was very nice. Staff was kind and welcoming. The location was away from the main touristy area but easy taxi or bus ride back after a long day of exploring. "

"This place is huge and felt very overwhelming. The breakfast wasn’t cleverly good. I would stick to 7 eleven and it took forever to get up or down sometimes as the place was so big! The onsen was nice and the location was ok. "

"The room is clean, but the front office staff weren’t very friendly and they weren’t very accommodating. I felt that they did not care for foreigners. I saw that they were more gentle with Japanese customers more than foreigners. The breakfast buffet was OK. I feel like they didn’t stock up quickly. "
