"夜だけ粒々コーンスープが頂けて嬉しかったです。紀見峠駅からの近さは有り難かったです。 ①浴室内温度が低く身体が温まらなく残念でした。 ②浴室内の掃除が酷かった。シルバー部分はせっけん垢、サッシ部分には誰かの指から外したバンドエイドが放置、窓も残念でした。 ③せっかく頂戴しました焼き芋は硬くて食べられませんでした。 "

"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...
