"Convenient hotel close to train station and shopping area. A little noise at night from trains. Massage chair in room. Free sake tasting. Great breakfast buffet with excellent view from top floor restaurant"

"This hotel has seen it's better days !! It's a bit dated now, building is old, facilities are outdatedd. There is NO microwave in the sitting room let alone in the bedroom. There is no place to sit down and have a cup of coffee. Room Keys are numbered on the keycard itself, which poses a security risk for someone to pick it up or someone to spot your room number !!"

Only feedback would be for the hotel to create more dinner and breakfast “start times” to avoid the massive rushes in the dining area that created a feeding frenzy with some disgruntled people.
