"The best 5-star I've stayed in in a long time. Absolutely stunning property, staff is wonderful and very helpful, the onsen is the best onsen I've ever used at a property, the views are beautiful, and the rooms are immaculate and practical. Would recommend for any season, even outside of skiing."

"Setsu Niseko exceeded our expectations in every way from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. All the staff were fantastic. The food we had there from breakfast to dinner ramen and pizza were amazing. But the best part was the size of our room and the views we wake up to everyday for 6 amazing days. Definitely coming back to this stunning hotel."

"Good experiences on multiple visits here. Breakfast is decent, and there are good dining options and a 7-11 within walking distnace. It can be a little tough to get to the Niseko United slopes (shuttle can be unreliable), but I'm visiting to ski tour; so that doesn't really matter for my purposes."
