Carpet looked dirty and there were multiple food and food stains still stuck on the bed runner on 2 of the 4 beds in the room, unsure if it was ever washed. Overall would not book again. "

"Great location being it near Kyoto station. I love love the breakfast and free amenities, such as free laundry washer (dryer with fee), coffee machine (drank matcha latte almost every day!), free ice cream, late night ramen and yogurt drink. Please note, if you are not used to it, you have to take off your shoes when entering the hotel. There are shoe lockers available. For me, it felt grounding walking around the hotel with no shoes. They provide socks as well. I recommend this hotel as your main hub if you are planning day trips to Osaka, Nara and Uji."
