Super friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel (bar, restaurant, housekeeping and as mentioned front desk staff). The room (jr suite) was decorated tastefully and the sound system was a nice surprise old school tube and horn system!"

"Modern hotel in Kitahama right off exit 3 of the Sakaisuji Line which has links all over Osaka, to Kyoto and Shin Osaka, and only a 45 minute train ride from Kansai International. The hotel is really well kept and clean, all the amenities you need to make a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The bar has a good selection of drinks and you receive a token for a free drink on arrival. There is plenty of food and drink places in the local area in particular Bar Nord directly opposite the hotel."
