We stayed at the Sanchaya for a weekend. It was my husband birthday. Everything was amazing. By far the best hotel I've stayed in my life!!! They gave us an early check in and late check out... they even bake a surprise cake for my husband... it was a big surprise even for me... They think in advance, their you by the first name... no words to describe how wonderful was our weekend at The Sanchaya.

We spent 3 days and 2 nights at Banyan Tree, and it was an exceptional experience. Each and every member of the staff ensured that our stay was beyond expectation and every detail, including the buggy ride is comfortable for us. When we required assistance, and called the operator, the operator had good knowledge to share with us about getting around the resort and outside the resort. Amazing villas over the sea, must visit

We stayed at Mayang Sari resort between 9 - 12th Dec 2016. Right from the time I booked (and had a few issues -was charged an extra guest fee which was waived, then had to move dates etc) the hotel staff attended to all my queries very patiently (as did Expedia staff who helped me with all my queries - super helpful). The room was spacious, well furnished, clean and tidy. The hotel staff very polite, always smiling and very helpful. The views from our rooms were stunning to say the least....

very good villa, best services provided by the staff. Helped to arrange transportation for spa and dinner alone the way with only 10+ USD. There are so many things to be metioned, but you have to try it out yourself

Great location, private beach

Everything was great!! Staffs were extremely helpful, room was clean and nice, pool was amazing! Really interesting concept overall. Only thing that can be improved is the food quality and options available within the resort, especially at the activity centre. Options are quite limited and the quality is 5/10 tbh. If you have time, it’s highly recommended to take cab out to Pujasera and try out their local hawker. Cheap and yummy!

Hotel provided complimentary pickup from and to ferry terminal and daily breakfast. Checkin and checkout process was fast and efficient. Canopi is just 5 minutes drive away from the ferry terminal. What we were most impressed of Canopi is the quality of service. The staff are attentive and most helpful throughout our stay. By the lagoon, the people managing the activities counter are so friendly and fun. Our kids were hanging out and playing with them. The tents are spaciously laid out on one side of the lagoon. Our stay at Mövenpick Bintan was an absolute delight, striking the ideal balance between pure relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for kids.

It is located inside the Nirwana Resort. All the staff were super nice and friendly. The service is the highlight there I would said. We had one whole villa with 3 beds room for our family. Very quiet, pretty and comfortable. We enjoyed a lot of our stay there.

It good price an good condition

First night I stayed in a family villa with my family and second day, I stayed in a personal room. Family villa, one room was having several mosquitoes since the bush was right next to the villa, other than that, room was clean and people were friendly.
