Quality of service was great. Very clean and Sophisticated Good buffet
The property was lovely and very clean. Staff were generally good , security , waiters, drivers and cleaners were great , the front desk staff could improve manners and communication.
Guest services staff, especially Kimberley and Jo Jo, really made me feel welcome and at home.
Location...which was next to the shopping mal, on the beach
Hotel is very old, It needs an update urgently, I do not understand the policy to pay extra to use the infinity pool even if we consume in that restaurant, just ridiculous! Receptionist Cidy and F&B manager Anoa were very helpful though!
Beautiful hotel with excellent staff at an amazing location. We stayed at Tanjung Rhu for 8 nights over new years and really enjoyed every minute. This is the second time I've stayed at The Frangipani and I'm sad I probably won't be in this part of the country again - at least not for a long time! I highly recommend!! Great location and beautiful experience!
