Riu Palace Pacifico - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Liked the choice of pool options; quiet pool, pool bar and activity pool. Liked the serving staff (Rubin and Tomas). Cleaning staff was good too. Restaurant portions are too big. Guacamole Restaurant not good experience both food and staff. Steaks/seafood were overcooked."

"Being an all inclusive I went in with low expectations and read a lot of other comments before booking but after a friend recommended this property I booked. Our check in was easy, front dest was very friendly and accommodated our early arrival. The best part of this hotel was the nightly entertainment!! We loved it and the staff was great! MIchael Jackson and the Neon were party were so fun. Our only negative was the drink service on the beach. Sometimes it would be quick but usually it took a really long time to get our drinks. Bring your own cup and get your drink at one of the bars before heading down to the pool or beach. The food was much better than expected, we enjoyed the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant which also served a great steak. The buffet for lunch had a lot of options and one of the days we had tacos by the pool that were amazing. We left and went to dinner in nearby Bucerias on the beach and had an amazing dinner there as well. Our room was very clean and we were surprised with a cake brought up for my friends birthday. Overall for the price this ended up exceeding expectations and we would definitely come back! "
