"Very spacious and clean rooms with excellent tea, coffee and hot chocolate, but please, three teabags for a room for two? Leisure facilities were excellent and quiet when we visited. The car park is tight, so larger vehicles beware. Walking distance from town centre."

Lots of hot water and a very handy but limited (paid) car parking. AND the view over Windermere was FAB!!!!! However, BE CAREFUL when entering and exiting the car parking to the main road - blind corner."

"We had an overnight stop here with teenage grandchildren. The hotel is beautifully situated on Windermere with lovely well-tended gardens and seating areas, which were appreciated on a hot day. Our grandchildren loved the pool and the fact that we were given a suite in which they had their own large bedroom. Breakfast was excellent. The only headache was not knowing where to stop and park on check-in. Parking for hotel guests is beyond the aquarium."
