Great location overlooking Royal Albert Docks. The staff is very nice both at reception and breakfast staff. Best bit is the safe convenient parking in the basement. Room was modern and clean. Would surely stay again.

We stay here regularly due to the onsite parking - although this seems to always be increasing in cost. Hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. I can’t comment on the free breakfast as we tend to go out for this when we stay - the dining room is usually very busy and we don’t feel the options are that great. Others seem to like though 😊

This location is very close to the docks. The breakfast is very good with lots of variety. It does cost $20 to park in the garage for 24 hours. The bed we had was very firm and the top white cover needed to be washed.

Our Liverpool adventure

The hotel is close to the Albert Dock which was perfect. The accommodation was clean, the breakfast plentiful & the staff were very accommodating. Overall, a pleasant two night stay.

The hotel location was convenient for our short stay the staff were brilliant the room was comfortable and very clean if there was a dampener than I would say the breakfast was slightly disappointing as the hot food was coldest
