poor cleanliness

Room was not as clean as could be. Crumbs / debris on floor, hard and lint on bed & pillows, debris in sink. Given the current covid situation I expect better cleaning Also had severe leak from A/C unit which dripped loudly all night

Night of hell

Hotel is now an immigration stop over hotel. I was not informed of the change of use and on arrival was not expected. It took me 2 hours to arrange alternative accommodation for the night and £37 in additional taxi fees

We were only there for a few hours to catch an early flight. I booked a double room but at reception was told that I booked a single for 1 person so me and my partner were eventually give twin beds. I would have bothered to complain but we were tired from traveling and only there for 1 night. The room was strange. No proper bathroom door. Shower pressure was so so. There were quite a few stains on the carpets.

Ideal location from Heathrow bed was high but sumptuous unfortunately the kettle was broke so couldn't have a drink at night and the morning staff seemed uninterested in our concern. No issues with the night time staff.

The hotel overall was clean.The restaurant was over priced £16 for a burger that was like McDonald’s! Went to the room as had an early flight and there was constant music playing most of the night!! Banging as we could hear it through the windows of the room.

Needs fixing

Weird how you can call something an airport hotel, when there is no shuttle service to the airport and the taxi ride costs £17. Reception was slow and only one person working. Rooms looked nice, but in my room only 1 of the sockets worked (in the bathroom) and the tv was broken. Maybe the maintenance has been low during covid, but still…

Overnight for the airport

Our bedroom was fabulous loved the modern shower room. Now when we should all be thinking about less meat the veggie options in the restaurant were poor there was only one main course and one of the starters was off. And I would like assurances that the added on service charge is going to the staff that served us? It was very convenient for the airport with an frequent bus service practically door to door
